[unios] Prototype Proposed Structure

The UniOS page has been updated, and I put a proposed prototype
structure available for download.  It's only a bunch of
directories, and explanations, but it gives an idea of what the
final structure of UniOS might be.  Again, like any aspect of
this project, if you don't like it, say something :)

If this structure is agreed upon, we can start working on the
prototype within this design.
