[virtmach] CHIP (My VM)

Like before, I have been playing around with
CHIP, and have added/changed a few things.

changes:
 o the return value from called functions
  no longer gets pushed to the stack, instead
  they are now places in a new register. (%R)
 o it compiles with mingw32.
 o miscellaneous bug fixes.
 o added some documentation.

I would like to ask for people to give me
their opinions, and questions regarding CHIP.
