[gclist] Announcement: Qish-0.2 (runtime with copying GC)

Dear All 

It is my pleasure to announce Qish version 0.2. This is a bug-fix
release.

Qish contains a runtime library, including a (rather generic and
reusable) generational copying garbage collection for C (or C++).
Qish also contains Ruko, an embryo of a frame-based system (using the
above runtime library) providing persistency, entities (i.e. frames
with attribute and values), etc., which could be used for
knowledge-based systems or language implementations.
