I saw the infamous "Space Cadet Keyboard" photos a while back and had a good
chuckle. Then I noticed what PC manufacturers were selling with their
latest-and-greatest and quickly decided I didn't know which was worse - the
original Space Cadet KB or the modern version of the same.
One thinks, chuckling quietly to avoid disturbing the other lunatics, perhaps
one should make a Space Commandant Keyboard, with keys from
every-which-where, every-which-where. A full "Space Cadet Keyboard" for the
alphanumerics and the first set of function keys, then a top row of funciton
keys, and a side double row of function keys, then another four rows above
the other set ... ;)
Then add a full 104-button mouse, and a few other pointer devices just for
fun, and ... I jest! :-)
