Menus in Max

[Tril]

I've documented and checked in a text-based menu interface to Max.
Please check it out, as this is the first navigation system for
max objects: update your CVS and type "make run" then "(menu)"!

You do NOT need TeX to read the Max documentation... type "make html" 
and use your web browser on max.html; it works fine.
