I implemented evaluation (data sources and sinks), added data sources to
the menu, and cleaned up all the long lines and missing
cross-references.  Since the basic features are there for every required
module, I consider iteration 1 to be complete.

I've tagged the source as REL_0_1, updated the web site and made
everything public.  I've decided to call this 0.1 instead of 1.0 as
written previously.  Feedback is hoped for, but not required, as usual.
