Help with SVGA in protected mode

basically, if you are talking about the
capabilities of the SVGA card, then they are very specific to the card
manufacturer itself
you'll have to either go thr' the manual for programmers for those specific
ports and int functions etc.
or you can use the VESA standard also, which now-a-days mostly all
manufacturers have this built in. although the version numbers may vary.
this standard can be bought, or searched for the draft version on the web
