Thanks for your timely replay, Robert.

It's strange, I have the same problem accessing some ftp servers
of universities (e.g. Chalmers: ftp.cs.chalmers.se) but not with
other (like SunSite, Intel, Microsoft, MIT AI Lab or even Tunes).

I have tried with various programs like Netscape, IE and
FTPExplorer but it's always the same: the access is forbidden
(e.g. Netscape error message is "Could not login to FTP server").
User name and password are "anonymous" and my e-mail address, as
usual. It seems that there is a kind of filtering based on IP
address.

Note that the problem has been revealed suddenly: in the past I
have accessed DIKU ftp server different times but unexpectedly,
from the same computer with the same ISP, the access was
forbidden (I don't remember exactly when). Now I'm on a different
computer with a different ISP but the problem remains.

I'm sorry of wasting your time with such a stupid problem. Are
there other people with the same problem on the Tunes review
mailing list? (In the case to someone cares, I suggest to try
with your home ISP, not from research labs or universities).
