Corman Lisp support incorporated

I've added support for Corman Lisp as described by:
http://lists.tunes.org/archives/slate/2002-November/000045.html

and also added a save-application call of the appropriate type. There are
still some bugs, though, which I am working out with a friend's
assistance (letting me install Corman on their WinXP machine).
