Patch to tests to use delegated namespace

I screwed up.  I modified tests/regression/wordcount.slate but forgot to
including it when I generated the patch.  However when I try to generate
a patch now it includes the changes regarding line endings as well.  I'm
inclined to say go ahead and apply this patch.  I will supply a
different patch for tests/regression/wordcount.slate once we figure out
how to fix the line endings in CVS, which I'm trying to figure out now
as well.
