Added inform: - affects build slightly

Hello,

For those who are trying to run the bootstrap process in the VM, a 
change I just added to CVS requires a tiny effort...

I added:

_ at lobby inform: message
[
   Console writer ; message ; '\n'.
].

To bootstrap/mobius/repl.slate, which you should not reload at this 
point in Slate's life cycle. If you evaluate this expression, the 
generator messages will load fine; otherwise they will cause errors.
