I've reached the point in where I have to use Structures and Constants (the 
latter not being a real problem) that are in C, from Slate.
My case is this one:

I'm totally lost as where to go next. Should I build the structure in memory 
by hand using ByteArray and passing it as Bytes ? that seems insane. Should 
there be built some kind of helper methods for this, if so, I'd like to do 
it. But I don't know where to start. Any ideas ?
