[bug][fix] complex exp

I'm not quite sure what the current code for complex exp in 
numeric.slate is attempting to do, but it definitely doesn't work 
correctly (i.e. there is no "Real" prototype object, and even if there 
were it appears the result would always be zero).  Here is a cvs diff 
for a fix:
