BeOS port

Hi,
you can find the source files of my BeOS port at:
http://zeus.mpg.goe.net/~tuvok/slate-beos-src.zip
It is basically only a ported directory.c because the aging BeOS does 
not have readdir_r().
Please forgive me that I do not know how to make cvs diff produce a diff 
including newly added files. :)
The archive also contains an updated makefile.
