[ANN] Slate Release 0.3.3

Slate 0.3.3 is now available from the downloads area on the main site. 
It has all of our discussed bug-fixes and enhancements, and is more 
stable than any previous release. The changes are about twice as 
numerous as those for previous releases, so please check the NEWS file 
for the details.

The major highlights are: better REPL and SmartREPL support, SDL 
support, improved macro semantics, more datatypes, more safety checks, 
support for persistent connections to external facilities (files, 
sockets, external libraries) via startup/shutdown hooks, and more 
intuitive cascade semantics.

The instructions for usage in README have been updated slightly, so 
please review them.
