On further thought, concatenateAll: and such probably deserve a more
succinct selector. The equivalent of this is "join" in
perl/python(/ruby? I forget), although Common Lisp / Dylan just call it
"concatenate".
Perhaps ;* would make sense since current binary concatenation is ; (or
;; if you're lazy ;). I'd prefer not to use join: as it'd be confusing
and probably overloaded in different ways. Either way, the separator
should probably be an optional keyword, which would not be difficult to
do. Does that sound right, or too confusing? Ideas?
