what I am doing with SDL

I clearly was not really doing much about SDL lately.
I have begun in last hours, something.
This could be seen at:

WARNING: THIS WAS NEVER LOADED YET AND PROBABLY DON'T EVEN PARSE RIGHT.
But I am the kind of person, to warns everybody, when I add a comma in a 
text.

Changing it to a .txt file make it easier to see it with my browser (and 
others I suppose).

So I expect to update this given link, when I'll make new modifications.
I don't expect it to go in CVS for now.
