beginning of slate code to access SDL_gfx functions

Included file contains code to access SDL functions
to draw pixels, lines, trigons, polygons, text, circles, etc.

Now they are in block format, (need applyTo: or applyWith: ), so
I still need to write easy slate methods to call them easier, like
I have done with other SDL functions up to now.

Like always, I send before it is usefull, but now someone can
looks what is done, and I know that if all data goes away
from my hard disk, someone on the net should have it.

Like I said, I don't know if this will really work.
If so, I will probably want it to replace the current CVS
SDL code.
