Alpha updated

New alpha vm's and images have been uploaded to the alpha branch, 
available via "make get-alpha" but not in DARCS yet (since no critical 
changes were made).

The printName code was included, with some adjustments, and "Unhandled 
signal" crashes are now handled by at least printing the selector. 
(aside: a wiki page now explains how to debug this: 
http://slate.tunes.org:8080/wiki/70).

There are also a number of small bug-fixes included.
