Language Tutorial Problem

There appears to be a problem with the language
tutorial on the wiki.  When I click on the tutorial's
link, the browser will indicate that it is waiting for
slate.turns.org for a second or two, and then just
stops and the tutorial page was never loaded.

Is anyone else having this problem?
