Continuations - full, or delimited?

Delimited continuations are *interesting*, but full continuations are 
*easier to understand* (for me, anyway). Does anyone else have an opinion?

If I'm going to kluge together something with an event loop, in the 
absence of nicely-integrated Slate microthreads, I'm thinking delimited 
continuations might be a good fit.
