New domains up

[Brian Rice]

I've set up a slatelanguage.com and slatelanguage.org for the new  
Slate website. For now, they just redirect to the old site.

I've also created a domain for my home page, briantrice.com  
(brianrice.com is taken by another software developer - oh well)  
which links for now to my existing home page.
