UI update + other patches

SceneElement behaviors are now mixins.

Added removeMutator: to Root.  Needed by graphics.slate to clean up 
after addSlotsFrom:.

OrderedTree at:put:, addFirst:, and addLast: can now move objects that 
are already children.

Added a new entry to BUGS.
