Project: Some aid for low level programmer

Well, just as Forth isn't the answer to everything, neither is LISP.
I'm a do-it-yourselfer.. I write my own assemblers, compilers, operating
systems as much as possible.  If that's what all low-level programmers
are like you won't find any takers.  You can tell I've made up my mind..
I'm pretty happy with what I've got, and I know what I want and how to
write it, it's only a matter of time :)
