Project: Some aid for low level programmer

Anybody out there?
Is the description of my concept written in a too weird style? Maybe a lenghty monster?
Did you assume, because I said I understand much better and see very similar approaches,
all is clear?
Are you busy because you went to the MLRISC or RISCML site?
Do you think all is settled and everybody goes for his own project?
