Names, Charter .. a time capsule!

Dear Tunespeople

I'm off to the South Island for a week and will probably not have 
Internet access! I'm not sure that the following is kosher, but here goes.. 

A. If a vote on names comes up, my votes are (in order of preference)

1. Joy
2. yeS
3. Rogue

(I wish that others apart from Mike, Fare & myself would suggest some names)!

B. If a vote on the charter comes up, Mike's most recent effort 
(incorporating my several ideas) has my "YES" (as already noted).
