I've just mailed off a CALL FOR VOTE to create a glossary project.
Although the form I specified in the charter looks a little red-tapish it 
actually fills out pretty quickly.  Please mail your votes to me by 11/11 
regarding creating the glossary.

Please mail in a vote so I can see how many actives members we have (even 
if it's a NO vote).
