REQUEST FOR PROJECT
New Project Name: glossary
Description:  A project to collect and list our groups terminology
Goals and Constraints:
	To maintain a file at our ftp site called glossary.terms
	The file will be in ASCII form
Reason: To standardize the terminology used in our discussions, thus reducing
	potential ambiguity and misunderstanding between members.
Comments:  Additions or modifications to our glossary should be mailed to 
	the glossary coordinator.  He will add them, open them up for discussion
	in the glossary project, or call for a vote.
