Tunes going WWW...

Sounds like a good idea from here, but I can't seem to be able to connect 
to the server.  (http://acacia.ens.fr/home/rideau/Tunes.html)  I am able 
to ftp there ok, so I know its up, but it won't let me log in as 
anonymous, so that do much good.  Perhaps the remote permissions are not 
set up properly?
