interesting point of view, but I don't like the names that are used for the
concepts. With the right definitions, functions and objects are
isomorphic, true. But names are an important aid to understanding, so the
right ones have to be chosen. I prefer to call your functions objects.
Except for the change of names, where is the difference between your
proposal and applicative (i.e. functional and message-passing) languages?
What about side-effects?
