release 0.0.0.17

[Francois-Rene Rideau]

   I know I was meant not to touch to TUNES for some weeks,
but as I was reading a book about ethics, I could resist amending
the TUNES glossary (which was modified a lot) as well as some other
stuff. So release 0.0.0.17 is out. (see the Changelog or the patch file).
   Also, my professor will have my pages evaluated. So if anyone had
any idea about how to make it better quick, I'd be glad to hear it...
