Mailing list on WWW

I have successfully configured a mailing list with searchable WWW
interface.  I am willing to set the Tunes list up like this on my server.
Where do I find the complete archive?  Sweety seems to have an incomplete
set.  Also, how should I update?  Is it easiest to just add a new address
to the list and have a duplicate archive on my side?
