Splitting the list

This list is getting high traffic, and it will get even more when I add
all the UniOS members to it.  I propose splitting the list by topic.
Something like:

tunes-announce@tunes.org	Announcements (moderated)
tunes-links@tunes.org		URLs of relevant papers and sites
tunes-specs@tunes.org		Peer review of proposed specs
reviews@tunes.org		Comparing and critiqing languages/systems
tunes@tunes.org			Everything else
