http://www.tunes.org/papers/Glossary/ and e-mail me privately.  Include
all of the following information:

1. whether it loaded all the way or stopped in the middle.
2. the location you are at (Country and closest city)
3. speed and type of your connection.
4. name and version of web browser
5. name and version of Operating System
