I propose that we adopt Lojban as our high-level language. It is an artificial
human language with a vocabulary of about 1,500 words. It has a very logical
design and was designed with artificial intelligence and computer interaction in
mind. Contact the "Logical Language Group" (I live near them.) for more info. 

As for the LLL; I am working on a theory that I intend to use for my second
generation OS. I can't reveal any details but prepare to be amazed! =)
