Hello Everybody joining in this grand project.
I only found out about the existence of TUNES just half an hour ago and =
I am already delighted by the ideas I have found.
Although developers an other people who are poteltially interested in =
sincerely contributing to the project should be quite
familiar to the english language, I think interest could be intensified =
in those countries, where german is spoken.
Have you ever thought about translating these pages into german, at =
least in part?
I work as a translator for science an technology issues in Germany, and =
would like to try it for once (for free, of course).
Of course I would first have to look if it works out correctly, but as =
my current job takes me deep into software programming, signal =
processing,
communications, embedded systems implementation and program compilation =
from developing environments to C,C++,Fortran and Ada, I guess my =
background on computer programming should have reached a state, where I =
can be useful not to only translate these pages, but also chose adequate =
technical terms as they
are used in german. Besides I am currently translating Web-Pages, so I =
could simply download the pages an send them back with just the Texts =
translated using=20
a text editor, leaving Your original structure untouched.=20
