You've missed his point!  Yes, if you have to choose between Lisp and C it's
clear that you have claim that one or the other is superior; however,
choosing between Lisp and C isn't the goal of the Review subproject.  The
goal is to find the criticial features and constellations of features.  And
you can't do that if you're blinded by one feature of one language, and
therefore ignore all the good features of all the other languages.
