Anyway, wouldit be ok to use the www.tunes.org headline

"TUNES - Project for a Reflective Computing System"

I'd consider that still better than a broad (and hence less
meaningful) sentence like "TUNES is to programming languages as the
internet is to networks.", which, by the way, is not 100% accurate -
the internet already works.
