1. Find out any people licenseing this patent, and major contracts the
university has and industry partners.Find out who was financing this
research. 
Write to all the partners using the patent expressing your concerns
with the patent.

2. Find out the management structure of the uni, all the way up to the
government regulator agency. Write to each on and point out the prior
art.

3. File a formal complaint to the patent agency that registered the
patent.
