Actually there is a simple option to the sgml parser to output one html 
file... we could easily support that configuration.

Fare can you modify the build script to support this?  In the meantime ,
it should also be updated to use 'linuxdoc' instead of 'sgml2XXXX'

This command will produce one html file from the FAQ.
- -s 0 means not to split, and -T 2 means to show a 2-level table of 
contents at the top.

	linuxdoc -B html -s 0 -T 2 Tunes-FAQ.sgml
