[unios] Welcome To UniOS

I've noticed that we have had quite a number of new subscribers to UniOS
in the last few weeks.  As the project coordinator, I'd like to welcome
you to the project, and state that any discussion that you wish to have
here, or any documents that wish to submit will be welcomed.

At this point the project has slowed down considerably, due to a lack of
unified vision and the extreme schedules we follow now.  But the members
that started this project aren't necessarily the ones who need to finish
it.  If you believe in this vision you can contribute discussion and
ideas and documents, and make this project live once again.

If you're wondering what the rest of us are working on, you can join us
on IRC on the OpenProjects servers (irc.openprojects.net) in #tunes, or
#tpp.  Or if you're into instant messaging, contact myself on ICQ (the
number to follow).
