reminder about replies to the mailing list

I just wanted to remind everyone that this list is configured
to send replies back to the person that sent the message, and
not to the list.

This reason for this is to protect our lists from anyone
doing automated replies (vacation, etc...) that does not do
proper loop detection.  There are too many bad procmail
recipes out there to do otherwise.

So make sure you change the address on replies if you want
them to go to the list.
