Tunes 0.0.0.35

[Fare Rideau]

Dear Tunesmiths,
   as we now have a server of our own,
it's time to reorganize the TUNES pages.
Before we make great changes,
I've released just released the latest state of TUNES as 0.0.0.35.

It becomes more and more obvious that docs should not be in HTML,
but the HTML should be automatically generated from a source in
higher-level language. I propose to use XML and Jade,
unless there is anything else you can think of.
Even then, we have to choose a DTD that suits our need.

Hence, the docs distribution should be merged with sources,
and actually, the three parts should be made to one.
It was (yet another) mistake from me to split the source in three parts.
And it's still time to release precompiled binaries or HTML trees.

As for actual contents, I fear I haven't done much (see the patch),
but I have a paper about reflection right on the way for my work
(you know, my thesis on reflection), that I'll pre-publish
for your eyes only (until I obtain full disclosure from my bosses).
