I have been quite a bad leader, up to now.
Perhaps because I never assumed the role,
and was waiting for someone to take it in my place.
I now understand that I mustn't expect this better someone
to be anyone but a better me. So I'll strive to be better.
(Of course if reality goes beyond my expectations, so far, so good!)
