TUNES development startup

Congradulations, I think it's about time this project gains some
momentum.  I have a suggestion, have a look at funding from the
government.  I do know that the provincial governments of canada (well,
for british columbia) they have special technology funding, so you may
want to look into that.  I also know that Telus (the phone company) is
offering a load of money for community based projects. =20

Where ever you look there's companies/gov't willing to dump your tax
dollars into technology projects :-) have a look at them.
