I am progressing in university and in "about a year" I should have a B.S.
in Computer Science. At which time my plans involve continuing running
the server and continuing working part time at the ISP where the server is
hosted. I'm tossing around the idea of starting a TUNES nonprofit or at
least accepting donations on my own to pay rent. I hope to be dirt poor
and working on my TUNES projects a lot. My work in that direction relates
to dependency tracking and clarifying the evaluation method I would like
to use, which relies on entities "computations" and "continuations"
whereby everything dynamic in the system is specified by connecting those
two entities in an enormous switchboard. (Static things are already
specified using only pure functions and strong types. With typechecking
done at the time of connecting a computation to a continuation. After
that, no typechecking is needed, and changes in the computation's
dependencies automatically flow to the continuations it's connected to.
This method hearby put in public domain as seen below, no patenting ok?)
The zope review is on hold (The login auth isn't working and the database
is in state of disrepair) since I'm busy with school at the moment. I
think volunteers are needed to assist core and fare to add links to the
Review page in CVS. Also there are several new members waiting to be
added to the list and asked if they want an account, which I'll get to in
a few days.
