This is true, and should be fixed.  Currently webmaster@tunes.org goes to
me, should this be made a mailing list, or have web comments go to the
main list?  I have no problem with putting webmaster@tunes.org as a link
at the bottom of every page and receiving the feedback.  However, it might
not be correct since every tunes member (who has asked for an account) has
access to update the page.
