Random note, Tunes early history

Fare may remember this, but I noticed in the early mail archives 
which I scour from time to time that one of the proposed names for 
TUNES was Joy instead, and since the newly developing language Joy 
fits a *lot* of TUNES' requirements for HLL- (though not enough from 
my perspective), that there's a bit of irony here. :)

next month, the name had solidified, and I think that Fare was a big 
contributor to that.
